This is a great video. I love when they show the audience and we see teenage guys there among the women- this is something everyone should see. It’s great for women and girls to see this and be able to put words to what we’ve been feeling our whole lives, but it’s so important for men to see this and being to understand what it’s like.

Not to suggest that guys don’t experience a version of this in their own lives, because men also have unrealistic media standards to live up to- but we all know it’s quite a different game.
